Stainless steel and nickel alloy tube and pipe factory
This factory is located in Fengxian, Shanghai with 215 personnel and a total area of 70,674m2, of which 28,000m2 is workshop area. With an annual production of 6,000 tons, it primarily produces seamless stainless steel tube and seamless nickel and nickel alloy tube.
We have acquired several certifications from South Korean classification society and Petrobras. All our products are under the standard of ASTM/ASME, JIS and EN. We focus on the development and production of high grade seamless alloy tube. And various requirements in all kinds of industries can be certainly met.
Titanium smelting and forging and titanium tube production factory
This factory is located in Cixi City, Zhejiang Province with 220 personnel and a total area of 168,000m2, of which 30,000m2 is workshop area. With an annual production of 3,000 tons, it mainly produces titanium ingot, titanium bar, titanium forging and seamless titanium tube.
All our titanium products are strictly under the standard of ASTM/ASME. Meanwhile, our technical team can do research and development according to customers' specific requirement, and we can also produce to meet your additional requirement.
Titanium sheet and plate factory
This factory is located in Fengxian, Shanghai with 260 personnel and a total area of 73,334m2, of which 30,000m2 is workshop area. With an annual production of 5,000 tons, it basically produces titanium cold rolled sheet, titanium hot rolled sheet, plate rolling and nickel and nickel alloy plate.
Our predecessor is Shanghai Baosteel third factory. All our products are in accordance with the standard of Chinese standard (GB) and ASTM/ASME. Having diligent machining operators, advanced equipment and high quality product, we have obtained good reputation from home and abroad.
Flange and pipe fitting factory
This factory is located in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province with 280 personnel and a total area of 37,551m2, of which 21,936m2 is workshop area. With an annual production of 20,000 tons, it largely produces all kinds of forgings and pipe fittings of titanium, titanium alloy, nickel, nickel alloy, stainless steel, dual-phase steel and plain carbon steel. Having advanced equipment, we can guarantee our product quality to keep the leading position among peer companies.
Cladded plate factory
This factory is located in Xuancheng,Anhui Province with 150 personnel and a total area of 80,000m2, of which 15,000m2 is workshop area. With an annual production of 20,000 tons, it mainly produces double-layer, triple-layer and multi-layer composite plates of various materials like titanium, titanium alloy, nickel, nickel alloy, zirconium, zirconium alloy, copper, copper alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc.
Valve factory
This factory is located in Suzhou,Jiangsu Province with 80 personnel and a total area of 15,000m2, of which 10,000 m2 is workshop area. It basically produces valves like ball valve, sluice valve, top valve,butterfly valve, plug valve and back pressure valve, etc., which are made of titanium, titanium alloy, nickel, nickel alloy, stainless steel, dual-phase steel, nickel-aluminum bronze, etc. We are one of the few factories manufacturing titanium valves.
